* The Form 7 has been revised to include updated information and clarifications and is now available for use by sources. DEQ is “testing” the new form for the next four months and is seeking comments on the changes. Your comments can be sent to Tamera.Thompson@deq.virginia.gov and we will be accepting comments until the close of business on February 25,2012.
Note: Changes include but are not limited to separating the instruction pages from the application, the addition of forms for Greenhouse Gases (GHGs), and the addition of a form for fumigation operations. The GHG pages and the fumigation page were added to address new EPA and/or state requirements to assure DEQ receives all information necessary to be able to deem the application complete and to process the permit.
