Course objectives include: identify and apply the updated guidance within the Stormwater Management Handbook to the plan review and design process; apply the updated BMP numbering and nomenclature sequence to design and plan review documentation and correspondence; identify new and updated BMPs and their functionality; apply recommended site design procedures and select appropriate BMPs based on site condition, location, and type of development; and apply a common sense approach to site plan preparation and plan review.
