Nutri-Blend, Inc. has submitted an application for the reissuance of their existing Virginia Pollution Abatement (VPA) Permit No. VPA00832 to include 563.9 acres of agricultural land at 1 site, of which 0.0 acres is new land application area. 

Public Comment Period: Nov. 13 - Dec. 16, 2024

Public notice of this proposed permit action is being published in the Tidewater Review on Nov 12, 2024. This notice will establish a 30-day public comment period in which the public is invited to submit written comments on the proposed permit reissuance to the DEQ - Central Office or to the DEQ Contact below by Dec. 16, 2024.
