Draft Permit Comment Period for Biosolids Land Application: Nutri-Blend, Inc. - Henrico County

Nutri-Blend, Inc. has submitted an application for the reissuance of their existing Virginia Pollution Abatement (VPA) Permit No. VPA00815 to include 741.8 acres of agricultural land at 2 sites, of which 32.1 acres is new land application area. 

Public Comment Period: Nov. 25 - Dec. 26, 2024

Public notice of this proposed permit action is being published in the Richmond Times Dispatch on Nov. 25, 2024. This notice will establish a 30-day public comment period in which the public is invited to submit written comments on the proposed permit reissuance to the DEQ - Blue Ridge Regional Office or to the DEQ Contact below by Dec. 26, 2024.
