Synagro Central, LLC. has submitted an application for the reissuance of their existing Virginia Pollution Abatement (VPA) Permit No. VPA00836 to include 2,748.6 acres of agricultural and silvicultural land at 4 sites, of which 1,400.3 acres is new land application area. This meeting will provide the Department of Environmental Quality the opportunity to exchange information with the interested public on technical issues concerning the proposed permit such as site-specific information, the standard content of permits that regulate land application, and how the public can provide comment on the permit.
