This course provides an update on the recent changes in the Erosion and Sediment Control Program. It covers state minimum standards and specifications for conservation practices, basic soil mechanics and inspector skills. The course is open to all, but targets ESC inspectors and Combined Administrators that completed their erosion and sediment control classes before 2014.
